What is it?
The Wine and Dine in Paradise weekend is our largest annual event drawing wine aficionados, gourmet chefs and celebrity vintners from around the world to enjoy world-class wines in the picture-perfect setting of the Emerald Coast. Funds raised through this weekend benefit local children's charities that make a strong impact on the lives of children in need in our local area.

On April 23rd, some of the Emerald Coast’s most exquisite homes set the stage for the 2010 Patron Dinners. Each Patron Dinner will feature a nationally-recognized chef paired with a world-class celebrity vintner. The dinners provide a unique opportunity to interact with fellow wine enthusiasts while enjoying innovative cuisine and the world’s finest wines.
You will experience dining in an intimate setting with a wine celebrity while enjoying their special library wines. Guest chefs from all over the nation will create a delicious dinner to complement these special library wines.

Restaurant Dinner Packages

The dinners provide a unique opportunity to interact with fellow wine enthusiasts while enjoying innovative cuisine and the world's finest wines.
You will experience dining in an intimate setting with a wine celebrity while enjoying their special library wines. The restaurant's delicious fivecourse dinner will complement these special library wines. The 2010 wine celebrities for the Restaurant Dinners are Restaurant Fire and Seagar's Prime Steaks and Seafood.

Restaurant Wine Dinner
The Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation is offering a Restaurant Wine Dinner for $125 per person at Firefly on April 23rd during the 2010 Wine and Dine in Paradise. You will get to experience an incredible five-course dinner that was created specifically to pair with the wines from the library of Groth Vineyards, in a personal setting with the executive winemaker, Michael Weis.

Destin Charity Wine Auction
On April 24th, this year’s exciting Walkabout and Auction will be held at the world-renowned Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in the Linkside Center. It will feature distinctive wines from internationally acclaimed vintners, poured and paired with fine cuisine created by a selection of the area’s top chefs. While wining and dining, attendees will enjoy a silent auction and the excitement of live music. The night will culminate with a high-energy and entertaining live auction that will include rare and distinctive wines, spectacular trips and other incredible one-of-a-kind items.
Walkabout - 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Live Auction - 3:30 p.m.
You will also enjoy a fifteen-percent discount off any wine purchased at the Grand Tasting wine tent – Sunday 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The 24th Sandestin Wine Festival will be held April 24–25, 2010 at Baytowne Village within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
