Helpful Bidding Strategies For Harvest Wine and Food Festival Weekend
Get ready to dust off your virtual paddles because the 8th Annual Harvest Wine & Food Festival auction opens October 17 at 9am! To help you prepare to bid high and bid often, we put together a list of bidding strategies for this weekend’s event:
Choose Your Favorite Lots - Stay ahead of the game and figure out which lots are your favorite before the big weekend.
Set Your Max Bid – Set a maximum bid amount for the items you are interested in, and the platform will bid on your behalf until you either win or max out your budget. Set it and forget it while you enjoy the weekend’s festivities!
Buy It Now - Find something you simply must have? You have the options to 'Buy It Now' with any of our lots for a predetermined price.
Instant Items - There is a small selection of lots that include seats to intimate wine and spirits experiences. Be sure to view lots 148, 151, 187, 205, and 211 and secure your seats at the events of your choosing!
Plan Your Budget - It’s okay to have your heart set on many different lots! Go in with a budget in mind so that way if things get competitive you have a plan for which lots you want to bid on based on your budget.
Don't Forget! Everyone that places a bid in this year's virtual auction is automatically entered to wine an in-home chef experience for up to eight guests.
This auction benefits DCWAF and our mission to help children in need in Northwest Florida. Click here to register.
