With nearly 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Dan's signature “comfortable fine-dining” style comes from decades in Five-Diamond and Four and Five-Star restaurants and resorts around the world.  Chef Dan has had the pleasure to serve at the executive-level at multiple Ritz-Carlton properties, The Boathouse in Martha's Vineyard, and most recently at the Hilton Sandestin Resort. 

In 2021, Chef Dan opened his own luxury private chef business, Fine Coastal Cuisine. FCC brings the opulence and exclusiveness of the chef's table" to the comfort of your own home. Chef Dan loves creating bespoke menus for his clients and sharing his favorite recipes and techniques with his hands-on culinary demonstrations. 

Chef Dan knows that raising a family and working on the Emerald Coast is a tremendous blessing, so he jumps at the chance to participate and support wherever he can.  Ever since he moved back to the Destin and 30A area, Chef Dan has been involved in sponsoring and participating in numerous  promotional events, inspiring charities, and local schools’ creative arts programs. Chef Dan deeply treasures the Emerald Coast community, and he endeavors to give back wherever possible both personally and professionally. This year, Chef Dan is proud to celebrate over a decade supporting the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation.
