Heather Fuller
Heather Fuller, a 22-year veteran in the culinary world. She has a broad range of experience ranging from Five Star luxury hotels to working with some of the most acclaimed chefs in the country at independent restaurants. Chef Fuller worked with Anne Quatrano at Bacchanalia, one of Atlanta’s most recognized restaurants since 1993. In New York City, she led some of the most dynamic kitchens in the city such as Momofuku, O Ya, and Thomas Keller’s Per Se. Most recently, Chef Fuller joined Hugh Acheson’s team to assist him in delivering top notch culinary experiences at his numerous restaurants.
