Jonathan Strietzel is an American entrepreneur and inventor, known for founding companies in the software industry and beyond. He has successfully launched and sold businesses across various sectors, with one of his startups being recognized by Forbes as one of "America's Most Promising Companies." Jonathan is best known as the founder of Wine Chips, a gourmet line of potato chips crafted to pair with wine, featuring flavors like Cheese, Charcuterie, and Gourmet Salts. Since its debut in 2019, Wine Chips has expanded to over 3,500 wineries, tasting rooms, luxury stores, and hotels. The company has also assembled "The Wine Chips Board of Master Sommeliers," consisting of Master Sommeliers and various wine industry luminaries. Jonathan utilizes his software background to innovate at Wine Chips, creating custom systems like the "Kraken" ERP and AI-driven technologies to enhance factory operations. His goal is to fuse food, wine, and technology into a unique experience.
