The first full day begins with a private VIP tour of the eight-acre estate vineyard and winery, including exclusive barrel sampling alongside Winemaker Rose Ballantine. The experience culminates in an indulgent, wine-paired winemaker’s lunch hosted by Rose and the Estate Chef, showcasing both current releases and treasured library selections from the cellar, highlighted by a rare taste of the iconic Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.
