Stalwørth is an Old English term used for someone who shows determination, bravery, or courage. It’s the perfect term for the steadfast and uncompromising wines created by Sabrina and Tim Persson, with the help of celebrated winemaker Celia Welch, while fighting through a litany of challenges including earthquakes, drought, landslides, and wildfires to create some of Napa Valley’s finest wines.  

Four couples are invited to stay four nights at Tim and Sabrina’s stunning 5,000 square-foot private residence situated 1,000 feet up in the hills of Atlas Peak. Boasting an infinity pool, wrap around patio, full kitchen, dining space, and bocce court, the Stalwørth residence offers breathtaking views and a unique perspective of Napa Valley, San Pablo Bay, and San Francisco.  

Thoughtfully designed for wine lovers, this experience features a fully curated tasting itinerary tailored exclusively for your group, showcasing the depth and prestige of Napa Valley’s most compelling producers. Evenings are equally memorable, highlighted by an extraordinary dinner at the world-renowned The French Laundry. Tim Persson and Nick Fitch will personally host your party, elevating an already iconic dining experience with warmth, stories, and exceptional wines.
