Shaped first by place, Oregon Pinot Noir has come into its own with confidence and clarity. This four-day, three-night escape traces that evolution across three landmark estates, each offering rare, behind-the-scenes access to the people and philosophies that define the region today. 

While in Oregon, stay at The Allison Inn & Spa, the Willamette Valley’s premier luxury retreat set among rolling vineyards and pastoral farmland. Just minutes from acclaimed tasting rooms, this award-winning resort pairs Pacific Northwest elegance with serene wine country charm. 

Your experience begins at Ponzi Vineyards, one of Oregon’s founding wineries and an enduring benchmark. Enjoy a private vineyard lunch overlooking the Laurelwood District, followed by a winemaker- or principal-led tour of Ponzi’s gravity-flow winery and a guided tasting focused on site expression and clonal selection practices refined in Oregon. The day culminates in an intimate, multi-course dinner hosted at the winery, paired with curated selections from Ponzi’s cellar. 

Day two is dedicated to one of Oregon’s true pioneers. Begin with a private visit and guided tasting of single-vineyard wines that highlight Adelsheim’s legacy of exploration and continuity. In the evening, gather for an intimate dinner at Adelsheim hosted by winemaker Gina Hennen alongside David Adelsheim, featuring a multi-course menu paired with rare and cellar selections. The evening offers a firsthand look at how early clonal experimentation, including Dijon selections, helped shape Oregon’s future.

Spend your final morning back at Ponzi with a celebratory Bollinger Champagne brunch overlooking the vineyards; an elegant farewell to a region that has found its voice and continues to define itself on its own terms. Your afternoon and evening continue at Résonance, offering a modern expression of Oregon Pinot Noir. Enjoy a private vineyard visit and tasting focused on precision, restraint, and site transparency, with select wines from Maison Louis Jadot included to provide context for Oregon’s place in the global Pinot conversation. An intimate, winery-hosted dinner follows, paired with Résonance wines. 

A curated selection of wines from each estate will be shipped to your home following your Oregon escape to commemorate the experience.
