Three couples are invited to experience the spirit of the Paso Robles wine community as they spend three nights in a luxury villa located in the heart of Paso Robles. This immersive wine experience has been carefully curated by Paso’s celebrated winemaking family and the owners of Benom, Clos Solène, and L’Aventure, fondly referred to as the French Mafia.  

Relax and enjoy the intricate flavors found in each uniquely expressed glass of wine, because every detail has been taken care of for you, including daily luxury transportation to and from each winery on your itinerary. Begin your Paso adventure at Clos Solène where owner and winemaker, Guillaume Fabre, will host you for “A Taste of Terroir.” Enjoy your wine straight from the barrel as Guillaume leads you on a Polaris tour of the estate vineyard showcasing its most premium blocks to allow you to truly experience farm-to-glass. Finish your tasting on the quaint patio overlooking the vineyard to learn the history and love story that is Clos Solène with a flight of his Rhône inspired wines. Depart Clos Solène and find yourself transported to another world when you arrive at a little palace atop the hill situated perfectly in the Templeton Gap. Enjoy a delectable charcuterie pairing experience with proprietor Ishka Stanislaus tasting wines from 20+ year old, dry farmed vines from their quaint estate and winery of less than 1,000 cases. Explore the heart of the town before winding down with a private chef dinner back at your villa with special winery guests.   

Your second day begins with champagne in the L’Aventure vineyard before enjoying a special tasting in Stephan Asseo’s private library within the L’Aventure caves. Hear the story of how this maverick winemaker from Bordeaux brought his family to Paso Robles while you taste a flight of wines from both current and past vintages. Spend your afternoon with Arnaud Fabre tasting Benom wines created with his brother and co-owner Guillaume. Arnaud will lead you through a comparative tasting of current and library wines with some additional pours from his import company Procure Wines. End your evening with dinner with at Les Petites Canailles, prepared by chef, owner, and the culinary arm of the French Mafia, Julien Asseo.  

Spend your final day exploring the downtown and harbor of Morro Bay, a coastal Californian gem. Here you will find the freshest ocean-to-table cuisine made from daily caught local seafood, and a curated activity for your group, giving you an opportunity to take advantage of all the Central Coast has to offer.
