Stalworth is an Old English term used for someone who shows determination, bravery, or courage. It’s the perfect term for the steadfast and uncompromising wines created by Sabrina and Tim Persson, with the help of celebrated winemaker Celia Welch, while fighting through a litany of challenges including earthquakes, drought, landslides, and wildfires to create some of Napa Valley’s finest wines.  

Four couples are invited to stay four nights at Tim and Sabrina’s stunning 5,000 square-foot private residence situated 1,000 feet up in the hills of Atlas Peak. Boasting an infinity pool, wrap around patio, full kitchen, dining space, and bocce court, the Stalworth residence offers breathtaking views and a unique perspective of The Napa Valley, San Pablo Bay, and San Francisco.  

Relax and enjoy the wine, because the hospitality team at Stalworth has taken care of every detail of your stay including private tastings as some of Napa’s most exclusive wineries including a private tasting at Hess Persson Estates. Take an ATV ride through the vineyard before enjoying a private tour of the Hess Persson Art Museum and a vertical tasting of The Lion.  

Dine one day with your hosts at the residence for your choice of a multi-course lunch or dinner showcasing Stalworth and additional wines from the Persson’s private cellar. Spend another evening indulging in the truly decadent experience that is Thomas Kellar’s The French Laundry. Due to its extreme popularity and experiential culinary experience, this coveted restaurant with an impressive three Michelin stars is almost impossible to get a reservation at, particularly for a larger group.
