This Lot Benefits: The Ellison McCraney Ingram Foundation

The Ellison McCraney Ingram Foundation was created to honor the memory of Ellison McCraney Ingram, the nine-year-old son of long-time DCWAF supporters, Doug and Merrisa Ingram. Working together with Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation, a scholarship fund named in his memory has been established, and each year, scholarships are awarded to high school seniors who have benefited from one of DCWAF’s 17 partner charities throughout their lifetime.

This past year, thanks to the generosity of the DCWAF, Ellison’s foundation awarded five scholarships totaling $200,000 to children in need.

Ellison, like his parents, had a heart for charity. The money he was saving for a donation to a children’s charity was the first donation made to this scholarship fund that now continues his legacy.

When next in Sonoma, Mike and Valerie invite you to join them at their winery for a special tour, tasting, and visit to block 9 in their vineyard, forever named in honor of Ellison.
