Six guests are invited to set out on an unforgettable journey to Bordeaux, the beating heart of France’s most revered wine region. Hosted by DCWAF friend and experienced guide, Olivier Dufeu, this exclusive five-night experience is crafted for discerning travelers eager to delve into the finest wines, exceptional gastronomy, and profound cultural heritage that define Bordeaux.  

Upon arrival in Bordeaux, your private chauffeur will be waiting to take you to La Cité du Vin Museum, where an immersive journey through the history and culture of wine sets the tone for your stay. Afterward, you’ll settle into a boutique hotel in the heart of Bordeaux for three nights. 

Over the following days, you’ll step through the gates of the Médoc’s most prestigious châteaux, including Château Margaux, Château Cos d’Estournel, or Château Mouton Rothschild. Private tours and tastings open a window into centuries of tradition and expertise, while afternoons invite you to wander Bordeaux’s UNESCO-listed city center. 

Evenings are devoted to the table, with dinners in acclaimed restaurants and welcoming bistros where regional wines are paired with the flavors of the season. 

Your journey then continues to the Right Bank, where you’ll stay in or near the medieval village of Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Between strolls along its cobbled streets and visits to its monolithic church, you’ll enjoy private access to some of the region’s most iconic estates such as Château Figeac, Château Angélus or Château La Conseillante in Pomerol where you’ll discover the unique character of these legendary terroirs. 

With every visit, glass, and step through this remarkable landscape, you’ll experience the deep connection between Bordeaux’s wines, its history, and its enduring cultural heritage.
