Emily Steen, Director of Sales and Hospitality, is dedicated to the art of connecting with people. Originally from the East Coast, she holds a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. Her background and education fostered a lifelong appreciation for exceptional food, wine, and travel.
 
Driven by a passion for exploring different cultures and understanding people, Emily moved to Napa Valley in 2013 to further her expertise in the wine industry. She has been a key member of the William Cole Vineyards team for a decade.

Connecting wine enthusiasts to raise money benefiting children in need in Northwest Florida

Founded in 2005, Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation has donated more than $38 Million to Northwest Florida children's charities by hosting world class wine and culinary events. These funds have impacted the lives of over 100,000 youth, including those afflicted by health issues and abuse. Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation has been recognized as one of the nation’s ‘Top 10 Charity Wine Auctions in the U.S.’ by Wine Spectator Magazine for more than a decade.
