Law Estate

With agrarian roots, a career in geology, and the obsession for all things wine, the passion behind developing a world class estate and facility was intrinsic for Don Law. After making the decision to pursue the art of wine, Don searched throughout California for the perfect place to establish a Rhone focused wine project. He was blown away by the beauty of the Central Coast and even more by the terrific wines of West Paso. After two years of scrutinizing different potential sites, he found the perfect ground, now the vineyards of Law Estate Wines. The goal at Law Estate Wines is to blend the terroir, the winery facility, and their talented team to create a memorable and site-specific offering of ultra-premium wines. 

As the General Manager of Law Estate Wines, Oliver Esparham has been an integral part of this ultra-premium winery and vineyard since its first estate planting back in 2006. Working with the Winemaker, Vineyard Manager, and Hospitality team, Oliver has been focused on every aspect of making and growing world-class wines for all to try and collect.
