Rebekah Burns headshotRebekah Burns’ love of wine began in Chicago, Illinois, where she quickly realized how many connecting pieces the industry brings together: relationships, geology, business and legacies to name a few. As a psychology major and having grown up in a non-drinking household, this discovery took an already ignited passion for hospitality to a whole new level. 

Rebekah’s move to Napa in 2013, sparked a dedicated career change and journey in wine sales and hospitality. In early 2016, she became the Sales & Hospitality Manager at Covert Estate, a co-proprietorship of winemaker, Julien Fayard. Her career developed under Julien’s direction with her current role as Director of Sales at Purlieu Wines, a Fayard Winemaking project.

Connecting wine enthusiasts to raise money benefiting children in need in Northwest Florida

Founded in 2005, Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation has donated more than $35 Million to Northwest Florida children's charities by hosting world class wine and culinary events. These funds have impacted the lives of over 100,000 youth, including those afflicted by health issues and abuse. Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation has been recognized as one of the nation’s ‘Top 10 Charity Wine Auctions in the U.S.’ by Wine Spectator Magazine for more than a decade.
