Roy Estate

Bryan Zupon is Estate Director and General Manager of Roy Estate located in Napa, California. In this role, Bryan is responsible for the ongoing stewardship of Roy Estate, working closely with longtime winemaker Philippe Melka.
Before joining the team at Roy Estate, Bryan held senior management and business development positions at some of the finest restaurants in the United States, including Momofuku in New York City and Quince in San Francisco, the latter the recipient of three Michelin stars. Bryan has worked extensively in the Napa Valley developing guest experiences at Oakville Grocery, PRESS Restaurant, Rudd Oakville Estate and many more of the region’s most iconic destinations.
In addition to his deep experience in hospitality, Bryan launched the luxury food and wine ecommerce marketplace Gilt Taste and was also a consultant at McKinsey & Co., regularly serving the world’s most respected food and beverage brands. Bryan holds degrees in Economics, History and Business from Duke University.
